SweMa Fresh vegetable stock with 73% raw vegetables, rock salt and spices. A healthy, natural and particularly tasty alternative to stock cubes, stock powders and everything else you've known so far! Also suitable for marinating, dressings, seasoning and much more! Preparation recommendation: Pour 500 ml of boiling water over a heaped teaspoon (13 g) and fry briefly in oil for a stronger flavor.Ingredients: 73 % raw organic vegetables (parsnip, CELERY, carrot, leek, onion, parsley, dried tomato), rock salt (without anti-caking agent), organic spices, we do not use any additives, including those permitted in the organic sector! Regionality and naturalness mean more to us than just a trend. Respect for food and its producers plays one of the most important roles in our young company- What distinguishes us from other vegetable broths- Our product is not dried, we use raw, fresh vegetables, salt and spices- The vegetable content is 73%- We do not use any additives, not even those approved in the organic sector- We do not use any ingredients that do not belong in a vegetable broth (maltodextrin, corn starch, added sugar, yeast extract and much more).)- no added fats or oils - of course in the best organic quality- the greens in the jarInformation on the best-before date: The vegetable paste can be kept for at least 9 months after production. We recommend storing the unopened jars on a dry shelf or in a dry store. We recommend storing opened jars in the refrigerator. Cold storage only serves to stabilize the colour. After 9 months, due to the fact that we do not use any antioxidants, the color changes slightly due to the breakdown of chlorophyll (green color in the vegetables), which is harmless for consumption. However, German food law stipulates that the best-before date is reached as soon as the quality-describing characteristics (e.g. color) change. The 9 months specified by us therefore only refer to the color change, not to the actual shelf life. The vegetable stock cannot spoil microbiologically due to the added salt and can therefore be used long after the best-before date has expired.www.swema-lebensmittel.de
