The sprouting jar is perfect for beginners in sprout cultivation. Crisp, fresh sprouts all year round - straight from the windowsill. With the exception of mucilaginous varieties, all sprouting seeds can be used in the sprouting jar. (Please follow the instructions on the packaging.) The germination jar is easy to maintain and designed for optimum light incidence and a favorable growth climate. The sprouting seeds can be soaked and germinated in the same container. Fresh sprouts are delicious and versatile.
Rinse the germination jar with cold water and place in a bright place out of direct sunlight. Place the sprouting seeds in the jar and fill the jar, which is closed with the sieve insert, several times with fresh cold water and then pour it off again immediately. Then top up the jar with cold water until the seeds are covered. To loosen the seeds, move them around in the germination jar several times. Leave the germination jar with seeds and water to soak for the specified time. To water (see instructions on the packaging), fill the jar closed with the sieve insert with fresh water and drain immediately. Then place the device with the sieve insert at an angle on a plate so that the remaining water can drain off. After harvesting, clean the sprouting jar with fruit vinegar and a soft brush or in the dishwasher (max. 65°C). Rinse with clean water and leave to dry.
