The strong, unpasteurized soybean miso develops its spicy and full-bodied aroma over a long maturing period. ARCHE Hatcho Miso is a vegan organic seasoning paste. The traditional organic miso is ideal for sauces, stews, dishes with root vegetables and is a delicious basic seasoning for hearty soups.
ARCHE Hatcho Miso adds a hearty note to sauces, stews and dishes with root vegetables. It is also ideal as a base seasoning for hearty soups and cold dressings for steamed or blanched vegetables. To retain the spicy aroma and enzymes, only add Hatcho Miso at the end of the cooking time, dissolved in a little water or stock.
