Medium-fruity, slightly tart, top-quality organic Koroneiki olive oil from the Adele cooperative in Crete. The cooperative of the village of Adele in the district of Rethymno is a private initiative of small farmers in the village. Stelios Kaliouris, spokesman and chairman of the cooperative, has tasted in the Greek olive oil panel and organizes the bottling of the best qualities from the region for us. The oil mill runs with modern, very gentle machines. The organic Koroneiki olives are processed here with particular care. QUALITY ANALYSIS (extract) from 7.3.2025: Free fatty acid content: 0.22 % / Peroxide value: 7.3 meq O2/kg / K232 : 1.72 / K268 : 0.14 / DeltaK : -0.01. The label is made of environmentally friendly bagasse, unbleached and without protective varnish.

Excellent with warm dishes with mild vegetables such as peppers, zucchini and cold with salads or simply with bread.
