Lovingly handcrafted and sustainably farmed: the Neumeister family's traditional farm, which has been certified organic since 2018, is located in Straden on the eastern edge of the Styrian Basin. Many hours of sunshine, balanced rainfall and sufficient aeration of the fruit crops create ideal conditions for sensitive varieties such as soft fruits, pome fruit and stone fruit. The fruit for this raspberry fruit vinegar comes from the Neumeister family and other small certified organic farms in Styria. The pure raspberry juice matures for at least 2 years in steel tanks. Thanks to the neutral steel tank storage, the vinegar retains its pure fruitiness and develops a pleasant acidity. The delicately fruity raspberry fruit vinegar refines summer salads and adds a special aroma to sauces and marinades. the label is made from environmentally friendly bagasse, unbleached and without protective varnish.
