Pure cocoa indulgence at its finest; a treat for all gourmets and lovers of fine dark chocolate: This flat-shaped chocolate in the Edizione Grande format contains 100 percent cocoa mass, cocoa butter, and cocoa powder ingredients derived directly from the cocoa bean, with no added sugar. A tiny drop of blood orange essential oil adds a delicate fruity note to the rich, premium cocoa flavors. The premium cocoa used in VIVANI s Demeter chocolates comes from three fincas in the Dominican Republic and is fully traceable. As is customary with high-quality bean-to-bar chocolate, the roasting and grinding of the cocoa beans naturally take place in-house.
