Organic Greek thyme (Thymus capitatus) is cultivated by Bio Parnon, consisting of the three partners Takis, Georgios and Ilias, at an altitude of approx. 1000m in the largely untouched nature of the Parnon Mountains. The thyme is harvested by hand and dried slowly and without the use of mechanical heat, making it very aromatic. Goes well with seafood, meat, fish, tarte flambée and tomato dishes. Heat the herbs in olive oil to bind the flavors! The label is made of environmentally friendly bagasse, unbleached and without protective varnish.
