Our Atlantic coarse sea salt is versatile and enchants dishes of all kinds. The salt crystals dissolve in warm dishes and give your food a subtle spiciness. When ground or sprinkled over cold dishes, you can taste the flavor of the individual salt crystals more intensely and clearly than with fine salt. Many fish and meat dishes taste wonderfully different if you serve them sprinkled with a pinch of coarse sea salt or prepare them directly in a salt crust.
