Süßrahmbutter

Upländer organic sweet cream butter made from pasture milk has a creamy taste and is particularly spreadable. It is also ideal for cooking. Animal welfare, species and climate protection are top priorities at Upländer Bauernmolkerei. The cows go out to pasture whenever possible, but at least 120 days a year for 6 hours - often even more. Each cow is guaranteed 1000m2 of pasture. Grazing not only stands for animal welfare, but also contributes to biodiversity, as the diverse grassland offers a wide range of habitats for insects, birds and many other animal and plant species.

The fine, sweet note of Upländer sweet cream butter is ideal for sweet dishes and can also be combined well with baguette or another mild type of bread and honey. The taste of strong breads or savoury toppings is pleasantly accentuated by the sweet cream butter. Any vegetable becomes a delicacy when refined with sweet cream butter, which is also particularly suitable for cooking as it does not flake when heated and binds excellently.
