Flower bread - inspired by the blossoms of buckwheat. All varieties (15 in total) are vegan, gluten-free and, with the exception of the fig variety, also kosher. Ekibio's philosophy also means that flower breads are made without yeast, eggs, fats, dairy products and flavorings. This means that the flower bread ("Le Pain Des Fleurs") is not only ideal for people with gluten intolerance. The dough for the crispy bread is toasted for a few seconds at a high temperature of 300 to 400°C during processing. This creates the special crispy texture, which also varies from variety to variety.
