Nigari Tofu Geräuchert 250g
There's no getting around it: as soon as you open the packet, the spicy smoky aroma wafts through your kitchen and whets everyone's appetite. Cut into cubes or slices and briefly fried, the desire for this hearty treat increases. Smoked tofu is a feast for all the senses. Because its aroma comes through in all dishes.
Suitable for freezing (max. six months). Freezing changes the consistency of the tofu: after defrosting, it is coarser-pored but also firmer to the bite. With this consistency, tofu absorbs marinades particularly well, so that you can create your own tofu specialties by changing the ingredients. If you freeze natural white tofu, it may turn slightly yellowish. After defrosting, it is nice and white again.
