Nigari Tofu Madagaskar 250g
The fire of the south in your kitchen: pepper and paprika, plus herbs and olive oil - every gourmet's taste buds will be ignited. The rich, sunny color alone whets the appetite. As a cold starter, in light vegetable soups or briefly fried with rice or noodles, Madagascar tofu is a poem.
Suitable for freezing (max. six months). Freezing changes the consistency of the tofu: after defrosting, it is coarser-pored but also firmer to the bite. With this consistency, tofu absorbs marinades particularly well, so that you can create your own tofu specialties by changing the ingredients. If you freeze natural white tofu, it may turn slightly yellowish. After defrosting, it is nice and white again.
