Nigari Tofu Natur 400g
Delicate protein flavor with a subtle hint of soybean.natural tofu is one of the most versatile foods for fine light cuisine due to its pure neutral flavor.
Suitable for freezing (max. six months). Freezing changes the consistency of the tofu: after defrosting, it is coarser-pored but also firmer to the bite. With this consistency, tofu absorbs marinades particularly well, so that you can create your own tofu specialties by changing the ingredients. If you freeze natural white tofu, it may turn slightly yellowish. After defrosting, it is nice and white again.
