Tempeh 200g
Tempeh is a special soy specialty. Whole soybeans are cooked and mixed with a noble mushroom. This breaks down the beans even better - and gives them a wonderfully mild, nutty taste with a slight hint of cheese. The structure ensures a firm but tender bite. As it is a sliceable product, it can be cut into slices or cubes. Fry in a pan with a good dash of oil and deglaze with soy sauce - this makes tempeh a hearty side dish for potatoes, rice and vegetables. It also goes well with salads or as a snack with a dip.
