The organic Alphonso mangoes for our fruity mango curry sauce ripen in the mango orchards of 336 small farmers in the south-east of the Indian state of Karnataka. In each bottle, the pulp of half a mango meets our delicious, mildly spicy curry mixture: gently cooked in regional white wine vinegar with a little mustard and a dash of cold-pressed rapeseed oil.
Liven up the hectic everyday life when there is no time to cook: simply add to a pot of basmati rice - packed with colorful seasonal vegetables and tofu. Or as a sauce for baked pumpkin or sweet potato.
