Kokosmilch 80%

This organic coconut milk is simply the best. It consists of a whopping 80% coconut and only 20% water. This is probably the highest percentage of coconut in a coconut milk that you can find. In addition, we do not extract any fat, but retain the naturally high fat content of the coconut of 22%. This ensures the rich taste and incredibly full texture. It doesn't get any better than that! By the way, did you know that you can use the coconut cream (the thick part of the coconut milk that separates) very well for (vegan) baked goods or as a cream substitute? If you want to try this, put the can in the fridge overnight before baking. Coconut milk is a super handy product to always have in the house as you can easily use it in any dish! Also available in a 200ml can.

Place the closed tin in the fridge for several days so that the fat separates from the liquid. The cream can be used as vegan cream or to thicken cakes and desserts. The liquid is pleasant in smoothies and curries. Rather a fan of a homogeneous consistency? Keep the tin at room temperature and shake it before use.
