Sushi Nori Bio - 10 Blätter

Sushi-Nori is of course mainly intended for preparing sushi rolls. But you don't have to fill it only with rice, you can also make Vietnamese summer rolls, a Mediterranean version (with hummus) or a low-carb version (with mashed avocado, sprouts and other fresh greens). This sushi nori is certified organic, which is pretty special. It takes a lot of effort to get a natural product like seaweed certified organic. There are many requirements for the management and harvesting of the seaweed as well as the use and treatment of the water in which the seaweed grows.

Use it to roll sushi or cut it into pieces and add it to your soup or noodles. To make sushi rolls: * Place a nori sheet on your sushi mat, shiny side down. * Cover it with a thin layer of cooled sushi rice. Leave 5 cm free horizontally at the top of the sheet. * Place the filling in a horizontal strip in the center of the sheet. * Use the sushi mat to form a tight roll, keeping the vegetables in the center. Roll upwards so that the free space of the sheet is facing away from you. * Moisten the free part of the leaf lightly with water so that you can seal it well. * Remove the roll from the bamboo mat and cut it into 6-8 pieces with a slightly damp, sharp knife.
