Bockshornklee bioSnacky

Fenugreek sprouts taste intensely spicy. Ideal as a topping for salads, in smoothies, summer rolls and dips. Sprouts are the easiest way to add important vitamins, minerals, trace elements, phytochemicals and fiber to your diet at any time of year - freshly harvested and 'local' from your windowsill!

Soak before sprouting. Rinse thoroughly with clear water before eating. Formation of fibrous roots possible. Use 1 tablespoon of seeds per seed tray or sprouting jar. Soak for about five hours. Water twice a day and harvest after 2-4 days. The ideal germination temperature is 18-22°C. Becomes bitter if over-germinated.
