Hemp seeds have a delicate, nutty flavor and are particularly rich in omega-3 fatty acids, thiamine, magnesium, zinc and iron. They contain all 8 essential amino acids (which the body cannot produce itself) and are therefore ideal as a source of protein. The nutrient content of hemp seeds is high, but you won't get high from them: hemp seeds come from edible hemp, which has no intoxicating effect. The valuable seeds are grown by hemp farmers in Austria and have raw food quality. They are packaged in a protective atmosphere at Rapunzel.
Ideal as a topping for muesli and salads, as an ingredient for sweet and savory dishes, in smoothies, yoghurt and dressings, for pesto and spreads. Tip: They are even more aromatic when lightly roasted in a pan without fat! Not suitable for babies and small children
