Frying and baking oil - versatile in use and can be heated to high temperatures. The organic sunflower oil is rich in vitamin E. The oil is obtained from a special high oleic sunflower variety and is therefore particularly heat-resistant up to 210 °C. The frying and baking oil is neutral in taste and smell. This allows it to bring out the flavor of the fried or baked food. Its high content of vitamin E and monounsaturated fatty acids makes this oil a valuable companion for every day.
With a smoke point of 210° C, BIO PLANETE frying and baking oil is particularly suitable for briefly searing meat, fish or tofu as well as for baking and deep-frying. In the bakery, it can replace butter for fine shortbread or cakes.
