Byodo Weißweinessig, 6% Säure
Byodo's organic white wine vinegar (6% acidity) has a harmonious, intense taste and an almost clear color. Fine Austrian or Italian table wine is slowly fermented into vinegar at pleasantly warm temperatures. This process is known as continuous vinegar fermentation. Before bottling, the natural organic vinegar is only filtered. With its intense flavor, it goes wonderfully with strong salads, but is also ideal for pickling vegetables.
With its strong taste, Byodo's organic white wine vinegar goes perfectly with hearty salads. The organic vinegar made from fine table wine is also ideal for preparing Mediterranean dishes and pickling vegetables.
