The popular O-citron surprises with its natural aroma of fresh lemon - the result of a sensitive and demanding production process. Here, the quality of the oil benefits from the long experience of our partner mill. The production of this cold-pressed olive oil with lemon is exactly as you would imagine: Ripe olives from wild olive trees in the fertile mountainous regions of north-eastern Tunisia are harvested by hand, carefully sorted and cold-pressed within a few hours together with fresh, untreated lemons. The result: an aromatic, velvety-soft oil specialty that particularly delights lovers of Mediterranean cuisine. Without any additional essential oils or added flavorings! With its tangy, fresh aroma, this gourmet oil goes perfectly with grilled salmon, beef or vegetable carpaccio and pasta dishes. Salads, desserts and cakes can also be ideally refined with this fine citrus note. BIO PLANÈTE O`citron can be heated and is suitable for baking.
