Fitness Sprossen-Mix bioSnacky

The fitness sprout mix has a sweet, nutty aroma with a spicy note. The sprouts are ideal as a topping for salads and soups, on bread and in cream cheese. Sprouts are the easiest way to add important vitamins, minerals, trace elements, phytochemicals and fiber to your diet at any time of year - freshly harvested and 'local' from your windowsill!

Soak before sprouting. Rinse thoroughly with clear water before eating. Formation of fibrous roots possible. Use 2 tablespoons of seeds per seed coat and germination jar. Soak for twelve hours. Water twice a day and harvest after 3-5 days. The ideal germination temperature is 18-22°C.
