Native salad oil - recommended ratio of omega 3 and omega 6 Cold-pressed organic oil for everyday cooking This composition of three important edible oil classics is the daily companion in the kitchen. We have put together a balanced blend of rapeseed oil, sunflower oil and olive oil (18%) to cover the daily requirement of essential fatty acids and vitamin E. The omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids are in an optimal ratio of 5 to 1 (recommended by the German Nutrition Society DGE) to ensure that the body is optimally supplied. Based on cold-pressed rapeseed and sunflower oil, the composition is refined with the slightly fruity aroma of extra virgin olive oil, and from the age of around nine months you can carefully add a small amount of this valuable virgin vegetable oil to your child's diet.

The fine salad oil adds a fresh touch to raw vegetables, crisp leaf salads and cold starters. With a few drops of lemon juice, a dash of balsamic vinegar or a mild vinegar of your choice, the vinaigrette can be prepared in no time at all!
