Baking & frying oil with ghee - a mixture of vegetable oil and butterfat. Versatile in use and rich in vitamin E. Do you like the buttery note but don't want to use butter? Then BIO PLANÈTE Baking & Frying Oil with Ghee is just the right oil for you! It is a lactose-free combination of oleic acid-rich sunflower oil and intense butter flavor, without any flavorings. Ghee, which is mainly used in Ayurvedic cuisine, is responsible for this mild buttery note. In this so-called "clarified butter", milk protein, water and lactose are removed from the butter, leaving a form of clarified butter. We have combined the ghee with oleic acid-rich sunflower oil, making our frying oil rich in monounsaturated fatty acids (73 g / 100 ml) and vitamin E (40 mg / 100 ml).

Suitable for baking and frying.

Vor Gebrauch kräftig schütteln. Bei niedrigeren Temperaturen wird der Bodensatz fest. Zum Schmelzen ins Wasserbad stellen.
