Kresse bioSnacky

Cress seeds have a spicy taste with the typical pungency. They germinate particularly quickly and are therefore ideal for newcomers to sprouting. Ideal as a condiment in salads, sauces and dressings and especially on bread. Sprouts are the easiest way to add important vitamins, minerals, trace elements, phytochemicals and fiber to your diet at any time of year - freshly harvested and 'local' from your windowsill at home!

Rinse thoroughly with clear water before germination. Then sprinkle only. The formation of fibrous roots is possible. Use 1 tablespoon of seed per seed coat. Soaking is not necessary. Sprinkle with water once a day and harvest after 3-5 days. The ideal germination temperature is 18-22°C. Cress seeds are mucilaginous and therefore not suitable for the germination jar
