Leinöl nativ (mild durch 3D Filtration)

We naturally remove the bitterness from this cold-pressed oil using a process developed by us. This bitterness is caused by small protein building blocks in the linseed oil, whose three-dimensional structure (3D) we use to filter them out (3D filtration). As a result, our virgin linseed oil has a pleasantly mild, debittered and slightly nutty taste. The linseed plant, also known as flax, is one of the oldest cultivated plants in the world and the cold-pressed linseed oil is obtained by pressing the linseed using a screw roller. At 47 g per 100 ml, BIO PLANÈTE linseed oil has a particularly high content of the polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acid alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). This essential fatty acid contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels with a daily intake of 2 g (= 5 ml/ 1 teaspoon of linseed oil). Linseed oil is therefore one of the oils that is much more than just a food. Naturally debittered. As linseed oil is not suitable for frying or heating due to its sensitive fatty acids, it is ideal for cold dishes: enjoy the nutty linseed oil in the classic way with potatoes and quark or with tender vegetables. In the morning, it can be added to muesli or yoghurt for a quick, high-quality breakfast. If you don't like muesli for breakfast, you can also enjoy a teaspoon of this high-quality oil on its own. There are no limits to your creativity: linseed oil also tastes great in other delicious recipes such as chocolate and nut spread or in vegetarian, savory spreads.
The oil is best enjoyed with quark, jacket potatoes and tender vegetables. It can also be used to make a Budwig cream according to Dr. Johanna Budwig.
