This preserves the grain in its full form - ideal for anyone who wants to grind it fresh, crush it, flake it or use it as a whole grain.wheat is a real classic in the kitchen with its pleasantly mild taste and good workability. It can be processed into fresh flours for bread, rolls and cakes as well as flaked for muesli or porridge. It can also be cooked as a side dish or used in savory dishes such as patties and stews, and thanks to its long tradition in agriculture, wheat is one of the most important and versatile cereals in the world. At Spielberger Mühle, the focus is always on handcrafted quality - from the grain to the finished preparation at home - ideal for families and food storage.
Basic recipe: Soak wheat grains in water overnight, then cook in fresh water for approx. 40 minutes until soft.wheat is suitable freshly ground for baking bread, rolls or cakes, flaked for muesli or cooked as a side dish, for patties, soups and casseroles.
