Since 2005, the mill has also specialized in gluten-free products that the whole family can enjoy. Our own gluten-free mill, gluten-free mixing facilities and our own gluten-free laboratory all contribute to this.
It's this easy:Ingredients: 500 g mix, 1 packet of dry yeast, 500 ml lukewarm water1. Mix the contents of the packet, yeast and lukewarm water briefly with a dough hook to form a smooth dough.2. Then tip onto a baking tray lined with baking paper or place in a greased loaf tin.3. Smooth out the bread with a moistened dough scraper and shape into the desired shape.4. Cover the bread and leave to rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.5. Preheat the oven to 250 °C (top/bottom heat).6. Place an ovenproof dish on the base of the oven. Fill the bowl with approx. 100 ml boiling water immediately before placing the bread in the oven.7. After 10 minutes baking time, release the steam by briefly opening the lid. Reduce the baking temperature to 220 °C and bake for a further 50 minutes.Tip: Sprinkle the bread with 1-2 tbsp rice flour before baking.
