It's this easy:Ingredients: 500 ml lukewarm water and 1 packet of dry yeast (or 1/2 cube of fresh yeast).1 Mix: Mix the contents of the packet with 1 packet of dry yeast. Measure out 500 ml of lukewarm water exactly and add. (If you want to use fresh yeast: Please dissolve 1/2 cube in the lukewarm water in advance)Don't worry if the baking mixture seems very "oaty-flaky" at first, stirring will turn it into a smooth bread dough.2. Stir: Using a hand mixer with dough hook or food processor with beaters, mix for at least 5 minutes to form a dough and pour into a greased 25cm loaf tin.3. Smooth out: Smooth the top of the dough in the loaf tin with plenty of water and then brush with oil.4. Leave to rise: Cover with cling film and leave to rise in a warm place for 20 minutes.5. Bake: Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 60 minutes.Tip: The bread will have a particularly nice surface if you place an ovenproof dish with a little boiling water in the oven while baking.6. Leave to cool: Remove the bread from the loaf tin immediately after baking and leave to cool thoroughly on a wire rack before slicing.
