Sushireis

This organic sushi rice has a large, round grain. The taste is slightly sweeter than white basmati. The sticky texture makes this rice perfect for sushi. Season the rice with a dash of genmai su and mirin. Of course, you can also use sushi rice as a base for a dessert, a poké bowl, a nasi or another rice snack. Mix in pieces of umeboshi after preparation to add extra flavor to your dish. Also try brown or white basmati or brown rice.

Cook in plenty of water over a low heat for approx. 15 minutes. Garnish with furikake, gomasio or pieces of umeboshi. Do you use it for sushi? Season with a dash of genmai su (and mirin).
