Sankt Sprizz Rosé Tonic Senza is the non-alcoholic 0.0% version of our rosé tonic line - a modern organic aperitif that combines Mediterranean lightness with local processing. The basis is German verjus from organic farming, supplemented by hibiscus, which gives the drink its natural rosé color and a pleasantly fruity and tart character. Genuine botanicals provide depth and aroma, without any flavorings or artificial additives, and the sweetness comes exclusively from organic syrups; refined sugar is not used. Citric acid is also deliberately avoided. Instead, the finely balanced ratio of verjuice, syrups and botanicals ensures freshness, balance and a clear, natural taste structure. The product meets the requirements of a clean-label aperitif and complies with the product range guidelines of organic specialist retailers, while the alcohol-free stability of the red hue is achieved using organically sourced acerola extract, which provides a natural redox effect as well as a small, natural amount of vitamin C. In addition, the Senza variant contains plant-based vitamin D from lichen, which provides 50% of the recommended daily requirement per 200 ml - without synthetic vitamins.Sankt Sprizz Rosé Tonic Senza is bottled ready-to-drink and is ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy consciously without missing out on the aperitif moment. The composition is clear, elegant and uncomplicated: rosé-fresh, with a fine hibiscus note, a slightly tart tonic impression and balanced effervescence. The non-alcoholic character makes the drink versatile - perfect for summer evenings, special moments, shared toasts and for anyone who wants to enjoy a drink without alcohol. Made in Bavaria with ingredients from controlled organic cultivation, Sankt Sprizz stands for honesty, transparency and the highest ecological standards. The 0.0% version contains no residual alcohol and is not based on dealcoholized wine, but on an independent recipe with verjus and botanicals.
