Galler Piwi Sauvignac trocken, vegan

The 2022 Sauviganc was gently pressed and allowed to ferment in stainless steel. The white wine then matured on the lees for four months. It was then bottled after only a rough filtration. The result is a delicious and multi-layered organic wine. There is plenty to discover on the nose with this Piwi. An exotic, fruity freshness with a hint of lime meets herbaceous notes with a hint of hay flower. Our Sauvignac is fresh and aromatic on the palate. There are aromas of citrus fruits and yellow stone fruit as well as hints of honeydew melon and exotic fruits. This white wine is the ideal summer wine for pleasant evenings on the terrace. We recommend a drinking temperature of 10-12 degrees. This allows the Sauvignac's aromas to develop to their fullest and it tastes great. This white wine also goes particularly well with a full plate of antipasti, a delicious risotto verde or a breast of guinea fowl with tarragon cream! Winemaker's tip: Serve our Sauvignac with fatty sauces.
