Recipe idea: Chestnut gnocchi100 g chestnut flour, 300 g floury potatoes, 2 tbsp cornflour, 1 egg, 1 clove of garlic, - tsp saltDice the potatoes, season lightly with salt and cook together with the garlic until soft, drain and mash.
