Fruity red and yellow peppers and high-quality extra virgin olive oil form the basis of this pesto, which is lovingly made in Italy by a family business. The combination of pecorino, parmesan and ricotta provides the unique creaminess and a fine seasoning. A hint of chilli pepper rounds off the pesto perfectly with a subtle and pleasant spiciness.
