3-Korn-Flocken, demeter

The 3-grain flakes are a mixture of millet, rice and buckwheat flakes. The flakes are produced with the utmost care in the Spielberg flake mill. There, the whole grain is steamed and then rolled into a nice flake. This ensures that all the ingredients of the whole grain are retained. With large flakes, one grain makes one flake.

The 3-grain flakes can be enjoyed without cooking or soaking. Simply mix with yogurt, milk, plant-based alternatives or juice and enjoy warm or cold. Refine as desired with fresh fruit, dried fruit, nut butter, jam, honey or spices, for example. In addition to the classic use as a muesli ingredient, flakes also taste great in baked goods such as cookies, muesli bars or bread, as well as in savory dishes such as patties.
