Organic psyllium husks are rich in fiberThe husks, which originate from India, swell up to 20 times their volume. The husks are tasty when stirred into juices or plant-based drinks after a swelling time of 10 minutes. Psyllium husks are also good for thickening puddings, red fruit jelly and soups.
Recommended intake:Consume 1 to 2 teaspoons up to twice a day, stirred into plenty of liquid (at least 0.25 l).The daily amount consumed should be slowly increased up to the recommended intake.For optimum effect, we recommend drinking another glass of water afterwards.
