Our bioladen* coconut milk is produced in Sri Lanka. The bioladen* coconut milk is processed and bottled locally on the island. The first step is to remove the thick green fibrous husk from the coconuts. In order to get to the white flesh, the hard shell is then cracked open by hand and the thin brown skin is peeled off cleanly with a knife. The white coconut flesh is then processed into coconut milk in a coconut mill and, as no emulsifiers are used, the nut's own coconut fat is naturally deposited on the surface. The coconut milk becomes completely liquid again when gently heated, making it ideal for Asian and oriental cuisine, for refining soups and sauces, for cakes and desserts.

Aufbewahrungs/Verwendungshinweise
Zur Herstellung werden keine Emulgatoren verwendet, daher setzt sich das nusseigene Kokosfett ganz natürlich an der Oberfläche ab. Durch leichtes Erwärmen wird die Kokosmilch wieder vollständig flüssig.
Vor dem Öffnen gut schütteln. Ein halbfester
Zustand (unter 18 °C) ist natürlich und daher
kein Qualitätsmangel.
