Kürbiskernöl geröstet

Roasted pumpkin seed oil - rich in unsaturated fatty acids and vitamins. Gently roasted organic pumpkin seed oil pressed according to Austrian tradition: The pumpkins ripen in the fields of our organic farmers in Austria and Hungary. After harvesting, the large, skinless seeds are peeled out of the oil pumpkins, cleaned with clear water and then gently roasted so that the wonderful roasted aromas can develop. For our pumpkin seed oil, we only press the seeds of the "Styrian oil pumpkin" variety. For one liter of oil, we need 30 to 50 pumpkins - i.e. 2.5 kilograms of dried and roasted organic pumpkin seeds.

Use pumpkin seed oil to dress leaf salads, raw vegetables and warm vegetables. A few splashes on jacket potatoes or warm goat's cheese offer a wonderful taste experience. The oil is also perfect for refining your fondue sauces.
