Rotklee bioSnacky

Red clover sprouts have a particularly mild and delicate taste. Ideal as a topping for salads, in smoothies, summer rolls and dips. Sprouts are the easiest way to add important vitamins, minerals, trace elements, phytochemicals and fiber to your diet at any time of year - freshly harvested and 'local' from your windowsill!

Soak before sprouting. Rinse thoroughly with clear water before eating. Formation of fibrous roots possible. Use 1 tablespoon of seeds per seed tray or germination jar. Make sure that the seeds are not too close together. If necessary, reduce the quantity of seeds per seed tray or germination jar to - tbsp. Soak for six to eight hours. Rinse twice a day and harvest after 3-5 days. The ideal germination temperature is 18-22°C.
