Brown millet is naturally gluten-free. To ensure that the gluten content of gluten-free brown millet flakes is guaranteed to be below 20 ppm (20 mg/kg) gluten, they are kept carefully separate from all products containing gluten and analyzed several times. To this end, the mill ensures strictly separate product flows and separate production lines. Only when the last analysis confirms that the products are gluten-free do they leave the factory. Glassine paper is used for an ecological and safe packaging solution for the gluten-free products. This is very dense and has a grease barrier. Complete inner bags made of this paper are used for the bags for gluten-free products. It offers sufficient protection against subsequent contamination. Because it is made of 100% paper, it can be easily disposed of with the waste paper.brown millet is considered a particularly valuable grain. Refine as desired with fresh fruit, dried fruit, nut butter, jam, honey or spices, for example. In addition to the classic use as a muesli ingredient, flakes also taste good in baked goods such as cookies, muesli bars or bread, in desserts and also in savory dishes such as soups and roasts.
