Kombucha raw

The Kombucha drink was already mentioned as an imperial beverage at the time of the Zsin Dynasty (221 BC). Today, the sparkling Kombucha is also becoming increasingly popular here in Germany.Beutelsbacher Kombucha is produced according to a traditional recipe, tastes extremely delicious and is refreshing. During the fermentation process, Beutelsbacher Kombucha is bottled unpasteurized without any additives in order to keep the enzymes active. The carbon dioxide it contains is formed during fermentation (bottle fermentation) and is not added, making Kombucha a good alternative to other alcoholic drinks due to its low alcohol content. Whether with a meal or in a social gathering, Kombucha is always the right choice! It is particularly tasty when served chilled.
Only store and transport upright! Kombucha is not pasteurized and can therefore ferment at high temperatures. Please do not shake the bottle due to the formation of carbon dioxide and open the cap carefully. The cap works like a pressure relief valve, so only transport and store the bottle upright! Floating particles caused by bottle fermentation are normal and can be consumed without hesitation.
