Pesto alla Genovese

Daniela and Ulderico have created a monument to themselves with this pesto. An irresistible product thanks to a farm-grown basil that is second to none and a truly masterful processing based on the knowledge of generations. High yield due to its intense aroma. Only pasteurized and yet with a long shelf life, among other things because no pecorino or parmesan are added, which can be added to the finished dish according to taste, as the testers of "Bestes Bio" also found and rated our Pesto alla Genovese in 2023 with 90% customer satisfaction and the test rating "Very good".

Can be used classically with pasta (we highly recommend the gigli from Fior di Campo!) or with bruschette, panini, etc.
