Leinsaat geschrotet

Mildly nutty in taste and particularly rich in fiber and valuable omega-3 fatty acids. In ground form, the valuable fatty acids of linseed can be absorbed particularly well by the body. Rapunzel freshly crushes the linseed and packs it in a protective atmosphere.

Ideal for sweet and savory baked goods, for cooking. As an egg substitute in cooked and baked dishes (1 egg: 1 tbsp seed + 3 tbsp warm water, leave to swell for approx. 10 minutes). Due to its high swelling capacity, make sure you drink enough liquid. Consumption advice: Only use for cooking and baking, do not eat raw! Max. 30 g per day. Not suitable for children under 13 years of age.
