Mungbohne bioSnacky

Mung bean sprouts taste sweet and crisp and fresh. The 'soybean sprouts' familiar from Asian dishes are often sprouted mung bean sprouts, ideal for wok dishes, salads and in wraps. Sprouts are the easiest way to add important vitamins, minerals, trace elements, phytochemicals and fiber to your diet at any time of year - freshly harvested and 'local' from your windowsill at home!

Soak before sprouting. Rinse thoroughly with clear water before eating. Formation of fibrous roots possible. Use 2 tablespoons of seeds per seed tray or sprouting jar. Soak for 12 hours. Water twice a day and harvest after 3-5 days. The ideal germination temperature is 18-22°C. Only eat raw from the 4th day.
