Only organic durum wheat from the Basilicata and Apulia regions is used for all Fior di Campo products. The grain is processed into semolina in certified organic mills. Each individual batch is then analyzed to ensure that it is 100% free of mycotoxins, and only after these parameters have been checked is a highly digestible and delicate pasta created by master craftsmen with great experience in an artisanal process, at low temperatures and over 48 hours of drying time, also at low temperatures.
