ÖMA FrühlingsCambera Bärlauch, Bioland - SB
ÖMA FrühlingsCambera Bärlauch is a wonderfully creamy soft cheese with a white noble mould, which gets its leeky-fresh, characteristic taste from the addition of spicy wild garlic. Made from fresh organic milk, this seasonal cheese will quickly make you forget the winter and get you in the mood for the coming spring. ÖMA Camembert is the "founding father" of our friendly little family of soft cheeses called Cambera. Exquisite ingredients also give our little loaves that "certain something" visually. The colorful spectrum of seasonal cheeses ranges from spicy wild garlic in spring, a creamy-spicy paprika flavor in summer to colorful pepper for autumn and an aromatic pistachio-walnut mixture in the winter months. For interested customers & cheese lovers, there is background information and stories about the cheese, the farmers and the dairy. The Bantel family cheese dairy, founded in 1886, converted to organic farming in 1996 on the initiative of the Ökologische Molkereien Allgäu. Today, ÖMA master cheesemaker Georg Bantel processes 60,000 liters of organically produced Alpine milk into premium products every week. The energy for production is supplied by the company's own photovoltaic and biomass heating system, and energy is saved by a heat recovery system. A total of 12 selected farmers supply the precious raw material milk and contribute to the preservation and maintenance of the landscape with their work every day. The milk comes from Germany and Austria and the supplier farmers' farms are all located in the Vorarlberg region within a maximum radius of 15 km from the dairy. Short distances.
The soft cheese refined with wild garlic adorns the cheese board and the snack table in spring. It is an exciting alternative to classic Brie or Camembert.
