Patisson - Custard White - Kürbis (Saatgut)
Flat, round, cream-colored pumpkin. Not climbing. Can be stored for a limited time. Direct sowing from mid-May or planting young plants pre-cultivated in pots (sowing depth: 2 cm). Mild in taste: you can prepare the freshly harvested patisson with skin like zucchinis. Fruit weight: 500 - 1000 g "TIP": Patissons do not need to be peeled. When raw, it tastes slightly sweet with a hint of artichoke flavor. You can even prepare the large yellow flowers into a delicacy by dipping them in batter and frying them in a pan.
