followfood organic salmon comes from certified organic salmon farms in Norway, Ireland and Scotland. As is usual for these coastal regions, followfood organic salmon farmers also take advantage of the uniqueness of the fjord landscapes and rocky coasts to breed the fish in the cool waters. Aquacultures such as those used for salmon farming are not without controversy. It is therefore all the more important to ensure strict criteria and their consistent implementation. This is why organic farming is the minimum standard at followfood. Naturally, all salmon products (organic salmon fillets with skin, organic salmon fillets without skin, organic natural salmon (smoked fish), graved organic salmon (smoked fish), organic salmon pizza) also meet this standard. The farming off the coast of Ireland is also certified by Naturland. This means that the farmers work according to even stricter criteria than under the EU organic label.

Gekühlt bei -18 °C lagern
Zubereitung: Filets auftauen, waschen, trockentupfen und würzen.Dünsten: Auf niedriger Stufe 10-12 Min. dünsten.In der Pfanne: Auf mittlerer Stufe beidseitig 6-9 Min. braten.Im Ofen: Umluft auf 180°C vorheizen, 7-10 Min. garen.Nur im durchgegartem Zustand genießen.
