Verdil - Spinat, zart-geschmackvoll (Saatgut)
Classic fall and overwintering spinach. Verdil grows very quickly with large, strong leaves and beautiful rosettes. A moist, loose soil is important for spinach, otherwise the seeds will not germinate. Spinach thrives in full sun and partial shade. It also performs well as a green manure. Verdil is particularly aromatic and therefore also suitable for raw food, for example for preparing spinach salad. "TIP": Late sowings from September onwards overwinter until harvest in spring. The plants overwinter best with 2 - 4 leaves.
